I lost my debit card, what do I do?

  1. Immediately turn your card off.  
    1. For those using our mobile app, find the Card Management icon on the ‘More’ screen. Follow the prompts.
    2. In desktop banking, Card Management is found on the ‘Additional Services’ menu.  Follow the prompts.
  2. Then notify us.
    1. During business hours, contact our Card Processing Department at 325-677-2274.
    2. On evenings or weekends, please call 833-541-0777.
