    Lost or Stolen Debit Card

    If your debit card is lost or stolen, your first action should be to turn it off so that it cannot be used.

    Mobile App
    1. Login and tap the More icon
    2. On the new screen, tap Card Management
    3. You will now see one or more generic card images. Tap the one showing the last 4 numbers of the lost card
    4. Use the toggle switch directly below the card to turn it OFF
    Desktop Banking
    1. Login and access the Additional Services heading
    2. Choose Card Management from the resulting menu
    3. A new screen appears, showing a card image in the upper right hand corner
    4. Click on the heading that reads Switch or Add Card.
    5. A list of your cards will appear. Click on the one showing the last 4 digits of the lost card
    6. Use the toggle switch to turn the card OFF

    Card Controls at Your Fingertips

    A comprehensive Card Management feature is available in both of our digital platforms.  As described to the left, it can be used to easily turn your debit card on and off whenever needed.  Additionally, you can set up alerts and notifications to keep track of where and when your debit card is used.

    Mobile Banking
    1. Login and tap the More icon
    2. Tap Card Management
    3. You will now see one or more generic card images. Tap on the one you would like to work with
    4. A toggle switch directly below the card lets you turn it on and off
    5. Scroll down the screen for options to set up alerts, controls, and to advise us of your travel plans

    Please Keep in Mind
    • You need to be digitally connected to use Card Management. If you lose your phone or the battery dies while your debit card is turned off, you’ll need to arrange an alternate form of payment until you contact us or get recharged
    • Turning your debit card off will not stop recurring transactions you may have previously set up using your card
