April 29 - Credit Card Conversion Date
On April 29, the ATFCU credit card program will convert to a new credit card processor. Current cardholding members received an explanatory letter in early April and replacement cards about ten days later.
Credit cardholders can activate and begin using their new cards starting at 6 am (Central) on Monday, April 29, 2024. Please use the instructions that accompanied the card. If those are not available, call 888-999-7721 to begin the activation process.
Cardholders should also update their card information for any automated payments previously made with your old card. It is important to take these two actions as quickly as possible – we don’t want our members stranded without a working card.
If you are a current credit cardholder and have not received the communications mentioned above, please contact our local Card Processing Department immediately at 677-2274 or 800-677-6770. Your current card will no longer work after April 28, 2024.
