Here’s the latest on our cards
The ATFCU credit card program is in the process of transitioning to a new processing partner. A 3-page explanatory letter was mailed in early April to our members currently using ATFCU credit cards. Replacement cards were mailed on April 15 and should be delivered by April 24. A series of email messages has also been sent over the past month.
If you are a current credit cardholder and have not received these communications, please contact our Card Processing Department as soon as possible. Your current card will no longer work after April 28, 2024. New cards can be activated beginning at 6 am (Central) on Monday, April 29, 2024.
Shortly after conversion is complete, we will make an optional Rewards Card available. Please watch this space for details and dates.
