Credit Score & More

Some credit card companies report once a month to the credit bureaus; others report more frequently.  Credit Score & More is not an instantly accurate representation on accounts.  Refreshing your score will show accurate information if it has been reported to the credit bureaus.
There are three major credit reporting bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and Transunion) and two scoring models (FICO or VantageScore) that determine credit scores.  Financial institutions use different bureaus, as well as their own scoring models. Over 200 factors of a credit report may be taken into account when calculating a scare and each model may weigh credit factors differently, so no scoring model is identical.
Credit Score & More helps you stay on top of your credit by providing your latest credit score and report, an understanding of the key factors that impact the score, and offers to refinance your loans to help reduce interest costs. It also monitors your credit daily and informs you by email if there are any big changes detected such as a credit inquiry, a new account being opened, or a change in address, employment or delinquency.
No. Credit Score & More is entirely free to Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union members who are enrolled in mobile or online banking.
At Abilene Teachers FCU we provide financial education to enable our members to live their best financial lives. Credit Score & More is a program that can help members manage credit so that when it comes time to borrow for a big-ticket purchase—like buying a home, car, or paying for college—they will have a clear picture of their credit health and can qualify for the lowest possible interest rate.
Credit Score & More pulls credit from TransUnion and uses VantageScore 3.0, a credit scoring model developed collaboratively by the three bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. This model seeks to make score information more uniform between the bureaus to provide consumers a more accurate picture of their credit health.
No. Checking your score on Credit Score & More is a “soft inquiry,” which does not affect your credit score. Lenders use “hard inquiries” to make decisions about your credit worthiness when you apply for loans.
Credit Score & More makes its best effort to show you the most relevant information from your credit report. Every Credit Score & More user can file a dispute with Transunion by clicking on the 'Dispute' link within the program. If the inaccuracy is verified, Transunion will then share this information with the other credit bureaus.
If your score shown in Credit Score is different than the scores we get from the credit bureaus, please print the page (or capture a screen shot) and let us know.  We'll review your information and determine if there is a better offer we can provide.
Credit scores are automatically updated monthly.  If you would like to be more proactive, tap the “Refresh Score” button once a day to see the most current number.
Credit Score & More uses bank level encryption and security measures to keep your data safe and secure. Your personal information is never shared with or sold to a third party.
Yes. Credit Score & More will monitor and send email alerts when there’s been a change to your credit profile.

Yes. All ITM's can be used as ATM’s, 24 hours a day if teller assistance is not needed.

No. Deposits can be made during business hours. Simply touch the screen to speak with a teller.

Routine transactions will be much quicker, more tellers will be available during peak hours, and drive thru hours will be extended.
Non-members may cash ATFCU checks using the ITMs. If there is change from the check, it will be donated to the charity of the month. If the non-member does not wish to donate, the check will need to be cashed at a lobby location.

We currently have ITM's at our Mockingbird Road branch, our  EN10th Street branch, and our Antilley Road branch. After business hours, all the ITM's can all be used for traditional ATM functions.
