I don’t recognize a charge on my account, what do I do?

  1. First, turn your debit or credit card off.  
    1. For those using our mobile app, locate the Card Management feature found on the ‘More’ screen. Swipe through the card images (which may or may not look like your card) and turn the card off using the toggle button under the card image.
    2. In desktop banking, click on the Card Management option in the ‘Additional Services’ menu. On the resulting screen, click the ‘Switch or Add Card’ heading. Select the card you want to work with and toggle it off.
  2. Then notify us.

    2. Credit Cards
      1. During business hours, contact our Card Processing Department at 325-677-2274.

  3. Many situations can be resolved by reaching out to the merchant for an explanation and asking for a refund if appropriate
  4. If the merchant cannot or will not resolve the situation, contact our Card Processing Department at 325.677.2274 or 800.677.6770 during normal business hours.
