What is an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)?

ITMs allow you to conduct teller transactions at most* ATFCU drive-thru locations via video conferencing. ITM tellers are located at the Antilley Road office and they will assist members with each transaction.  An ITM can also be used as an ATM if you just want to get cash or check a balance. During non-business hours, the ITMs automatically switch into ATM mode.

*ITMs are available at the branches on Antilley Road, Mockingbird Street and EN 10th Street.
