What do I do if I think my card has been compromised?
Immediately turn your debit or credit card off.
For those using our mobile app, locate the Card Management feature found on the ‘More’ screen. Swipe through the card images (which may or may not look like your card) and turn the card off using the toggle button under the card image.
In desktop banking, click on the Card Management option in the ‘Additional Services’ menu. On the resulting screen, click the ‘Switch or Add Card’ heading. Select the card you want to work with and toggle it off.
Then notify us.
