What do I do if I think my card has been compromised?

  1. Immediately turn your card off.  
    1. For those using our mobile app, locate the Card Management feature found on the ‘More’ screen
    2. In desktop banking, Card Management is found on the ‘Additional Services’ menu
  2. Then notify us.
    1. During business hours, contact our Card Processing Department at 325-677-2274.
    2. On evenings or weekends, please call 833-541-0777 or 866-664-9364.
