Please remember our most effective tip – Keep your digital banking credentials private.  Don’t share them with anyone.  ATFCU employees will nunca ask for your user name, your password, the last 4 digits of your debit card, etc.  If a caller or texter requests that information, they are a criminal.  Do not respond, even if the call looks like it came from our phone number or the caller says they’re trying to ‘help’ you. If you have any questions or concerns, hang up and dial our main number to speak with someone in our fraud department.
