Is there a charge for E-statements?


Can I print my E-statements?

Yes, using your computer’s printer. The statements are available in .pdf format.

Will I still receive a paper statement if I sign up for E-statements?

When you sign up for E-statements, your paper statements will be discontinued. If you find you prefer mailed statements, please contact us to switch back.

When are E-statements available for viewing?

E-statements are available no later than the third business day of any given month. We will notify you by email when your statement is available.

Can I sign up for E-statements using one of the ATFCU mobile apps?

Not at this time, though it shouldn’t be long!

What if I don’t have an e-mail address?

In order to receive e-Statements, you will need a valid e-mail address. If we cannot send e-mails to your provided e-mail address, ATFCU reserves the right to return to mailed statements.
