Descifremos el enganche para que puedas crear un plan de ahorro realista y funcional.<\/p>\n<h5>Mito: DEBE tener un pago inicial 20%<\/h5>\n<p>Empecemos por aqu\u00ed. La idea de que hay que pagar un anticipo del 20% del precio de compra de una vivienda es probablemente el mito m\u00e1s persistente en el sector inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bold\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 existi\u00f3 la regla 20%?<\/span> Dar un enganche de 20% para un pr\u00e9stamo convencional le permite evitar el pago del Seguro Hipotecario Privado (PMI). Hablaremos de eso en breve.
