the full faith and credit of the United States Government

Q: How do I set up Direct Deposit
of my payroll check?
A: After your checking application
has been approved, you will receive our routing and transit
number and your account number. If your employer participates
in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information
to the human resources or payroll department at your company,
and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty
days.
Q: How do I set up Direct Deposit
of my Social Security check?
A: After your checking application
has been approved, you will receive our routing and transit
number and your account number. Contact our Accounting Department
and have your Social Security Number and account information
available to set up your direct deposit right over the phone.
Q: Can I get information about
my account by phone?
A: Yes! Account information is available
from our Member Information Center Representatives during
business hours. Your might also be interested in our Infoline
telephone banking program. Infoline is available 24 hours
a day and is available in both English and Spanish.
You can use a touch tone phone or a rotary dial phone to
obtain information, check account balances, find out which
checks have cleared, transfer funds between accounts and
inquire about deposits and loan payments. Our Member Services
Department will need to set you up before this service can
be used, so please contact them before attempting to make
your first Infoline call.

(Share Draft) Accounts earn interest . Interest is calculated
based upon the minimum daily balance in your account. Please
note that we never charge a service charge on your checking
account if you fall below a specified minimum.
Q: Can I open an account if
I don't live in the United States? What if I live in the
United States but am not a citizen yet?
A: As long as you qualify for membership
under our guidelines, you can become a member regardless
of your address. Check our guidelines here. Conversely, you can remain a member even
if you move out of the country.

A: Yes! Thanks to the convenience of
Direct Deposit, Online Banking, Check Cards, Bill Payment
Services and ATMs, everyday financial activities can be
performed on your own time.
