  1. Drop by any of our lobby locations and meet with a Member Services Representative to complete the paperwork.
  2. Print and complete the name change form. Please remember to sign it. Mail to ATFCU, P.O. Box 5706, Abilene, TX 79608 or fax it to 325-676-0515.

For your security, we cannot accept name changes over the phone.

Enroll in Courtesy Payment?

Courtesy Pay is a feature that can save you the embarrassment and inconvenience of having a check returned or a debit transaction refused. At our discretion, for a fee of $20 per item, ATFCU will cover your overdrafts up to a $600 maximum.

Our Accounting Department will notify you by mail when your account is eligible for Courtesy Payment. Generally this happens after your new checking account has been maintained in a responsible manner for 90 days.

There are two options, depending upon the type of phone you are using. In both cases, there is no charge from Abilene Teachers FCU for this service although message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

To enroll, login to your online banking account. Click the Account Access heading, then click Notifications. You'll be prompted to enter the necessary information.

Mobile Banking works on "smart" phones, such as the iPhone, Droid and Blackberry. It provides a full featured online banking experience, including the ability to pay bills and transfer funds between accounts. To use the mobile banking feature, you need to be currently enrolled in online banking. Enrollment is quick and easy and can be completed here.

There are two ways to use mobile banking:
