Can anyone apply for a loan from ATFCU?

Yes, simply by becoming a member, which is easy! If you live , work, or attend school in Taylor or Callahan counties you are eligible. Check our eligibility guidelines for additional options that may apply to you. Call, stop by or go online to apply for membership.

My credit isn't perfect. Will that make my interest rate higher?

At ATFCU, all members are "well qualified". If you are approved for a loan, you will receive the same rate as every other member. Check out our current rates.

Can I apply for a auto loan even if I have not yet found the car or truck that I want?

Yes, you can apply ahead of time and get pre-approval. This way you'll know the amount you are qualified to borrow. This information can be very helpful to you in your search for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Our loan calculators will help you figure out what your monthly payments will be.

At what age can I apply for a loan?

Members must be 18 in order to apply for a loan on their own. Members who are 16 or 17 can apply for a loan with a qualified co-signer.
